Position Summary:

As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will help build our business by taking the lead on outbound calling campaigns to existing Weed Man customers and prospective customers. You will also assist with other day-to-day office functions, including handling incoming calls/inquiries/emails/online quote requests throughout the season, as required. 

How You’ll Succeed:

• Participate in outbound calling campaigns in order to increase brand awareness and look for opportunities to further grow our business through knowledgeable, friendly advice

• Actively quote inbound leads from social media/pay-per-click sources

• Ability to build customer relationships through various touch-points (email, phone)

• Adaptable to meet evolving customer needs and situations

• Support management team in monitoring business performance, put action plans in place to close any gaps and work as one team with partners to increase the business’s overall performance

• Participate in the effective execution of plans and tactics for the development of the business
